Owner
Ritch Funderburk was born and raised in Raleigh, NC. He studied Electrical Engineering at NCSU and spent many years in the Electrical/Electronics Industry. Pursuing a strong interest in construction and development, Ritch obtained his General Contractor License in 2000 and founded CrossBuilt Homes, Inc. CrossBuilt Homes holds an Unlimited Building License. Ritch’s experience includes single and multi-family residential projects, site development, commercial multi-use and real estate brokerage. Ritch is married to Denise and they have 2 wonderful sons, currently in high school.
Our History
CrossBuilt Homes, CBH, has been building residential and multifamily homes in the Triangle area since 2000. We also have completed many remodels ranging from simple backsplash installs to full renovations as well as simply adding on screened porches. In addition, our owner, Ritch Funderburk, is a NC Realtor and a Broker in Charge. He founded Funderburk Signature Properties to help clients just like you buy and sell properties.
